We wanted to take a moment to thank you for your grace and patience today and throughout this week.
As many of you are aware, in an effort to enhance your patient experience, we are transitioning to an entirely new scheduling system. We are confident that in the near future our new patient engagement tools—including our check-in kiosks, patient portal, and increased efficiency—will prove to enhance the PRRM patient experience, but in the short term our team is working hard to learn and become familiar with this new system. With any change comes some challenges, so we ask that you be patient and kind toward our team as they are doing their best to serve you in a new and unfamiliar way.
Please note that your first time checking in with our new Kiosk, you will be asked for your driver’s license and insurance card. We apologize for the redundancy in this process. As with any new system, we have to get you formally onboarded, so that you will be able to fully enjoy its functionality.
