I graduated from therapy yesterday after 8 months of extraordinary treatment. When I started I could barely walk due to arthritis and a torn meniscus in my knee. Now I can walk a mile!! I will be forever grateful to the entire staff at the Watchung Performance Ortho center. I thought for sure that I would need a knee replacement. They have many different non surgical treatments. Over the course of my treatment, I had HA injections, stem cell and PRP injections, and lots of exercises designed specifically for me. This combination worked!!! I highly recommend this wonderful group and would use them again without hesitation.
