Dr. Piccillo’s area of expertise is the primary management of Spine Related Disorders and Orthopedic injuries. Dr. Piccillo is passionate about providing patients with relationship-centered care, helping them achieve optimal recovery and increased productivity in the most timely manner.

Dr. Piccillo earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from New York Chiropractic College. While studying at NYCC, Dr. Piccillo worked on campus as a Student Researcher, Academic Tutor, Personal Trainer and he was inducted to the Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Honors Society. Dr. Piccillo went on to study at the University of Pittsburgh, where he was included in the first cohort of doctors from across the country to study Primary Spine Care and subsequently achieved his certification as a Primary Spine Physician. Currently Dr. Piccillo is pursuing a Diplomate in Orthopedic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.
Prior to joining Performance Ortho, Dr. Piccillo was the Owner and Clinic Director of New Jersey Spine & Sports Rehabilitation, the official on-site healthcare service for Newark, NJ’s Fraternal Order of Police, FBI, SWAT & DEA.
