While the staff at Performance are considered essential frontline workers, there are so many unspoken heroes who serve our families day after day with little to no recognition. The children of our staff wanted to honor teachers everywhere for the enormous contribution they make every day in spite of enormous challenges. Performance is honoring nominated teachers by sending a gift bag to teachers who live or work in its service area.

Nominate a teacher to be honored using the form below and we will do our best to fulfill your request (while supplies last).  Performance will not use this information for any other purpose than to provide an appreciation gift on your behalf.  (Unfortunately, without an address, we won’t be able to send a gift to the teacher.)
